The calcium imaging analysis software easily processes raw calcium (Ca2+) imaging videos. Our software is built on a powerful suite of image processing algorithms that allows researchers to effortlessly convert large video datasets into cell images and calcium traces.

The mouse visual and licking behavior system includes a feeding and water intake module, a video capture system, a visual stimulation module, and an analysis module.
